If you purchased v2 on or after January 1, 2024, you are eligible to receive an upgrade to v3 free of charge. All eligible customers will be receiving free upgrades via email to the address used in their order.
We are in the process of sending upgrade notifications to eligible customers; we appreciate your patience.If you have a v2 licensed version of QMidi / QMidi Pro which you purchased prior to the eligibility period, you may use your v2 serial number (one-time use) as a discount coupon to purchase an upgrade.
The discount amount varies depending on the date you purchased your v2 license:
On or after January 1, 2020: 50%
Before January 1, 2020: 25%
Please note that this method does not apply to upgrades from Standard to Pro or vice versa.
